THE BRIDAL ORGANIZER
The Bridal Organizer contains over 70 documents (in word format) with information pages and tables ready for you to add your wedding details into. The Bridal Organizer is simple to use and will guide you through the enormous process of planning your wedding by helping you to keep track of your budget, payments, guest list, bookings, and so much more.
The Bridal Organizer has been divided into 6 categories:
Budget:
* Track the budgeted versus actual amount of every item.
* Track when each deposit and payment is due, paid and the balance
owing.
Guest and Gift list:
* There are 5 separate lists, covering the Engagement party, Bridal
shower, Bucks night, Hens night and the Wedding day.
* Track each guest, when the invitation and thank you note has been
sent and the RSVP and gift received.
On the Day:
* Track the names, addresses, and phone numbers of everyone involved
on the wedding day.
* A list of emergency items to have with you on the day - just in case!
* A traditional running sheet for the reception.
* List all guests and their allocated table number.
* Track speeches.
* Track the time, action and person required for each moment of the
wedding day.
Services Required:
* This category has been broken down into 47 sub-categories, such as
reception venue, photographer, wedding cake, bridal gown etc.
* For each sub-category, track quotes, details of the company you
choose, and all other relevant information.
Timetable:
* A timeline of events from announcing your engagement right up until
the day of your wedding. This timeline will take you step by step
through everything you have to organize, when to start looking at each
service category and when to place bookings.
* List all the jobs you have to do, when to have them done by and note
when they have been completed.
* Note the details of your wedding rehearsal.
Useful Information:
* A traditional breakdown of expenses for when families are sharing the
costs of the wedding.
* A guide to what role each member of the Bridal party would traditionally
play.
* A checklist of people/companies you may need to notify of your change
of name and/or address.
* Tips on how to reduce the cost of your wedding day, without spoiling
the magic of the day.
You will not find The Bridal Organizer in any retail store. It has been devised by Australian Wedding Connection and Essentially Organized and is available only through us. The Bridal Organizer is available in two formats: As ane-book (which will be emailed to you), or on CD (which will be posted to you).
